π 30 female participants, including experts and professionals working in government agencies, domestic and international companies in the energy sector, research institutions, academia, and NGOs, successfully completed a two-day training course on green hydrogen (GH2) and Power-to-X (PtX). The course was organized by the Women in Energy Viet Nam Network (WEVN) with the support by GIZ Energy Support Programme Viet Nam
The training was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Pham Hoang Luong, a lecturer at School of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology with extensive experience in teaching energy technology and policy. He is also a certified trainer by International PtX Hub.
β»οΈThe course provided the female experts with the updated knowledge on GH2 production technologies and infrastructure, potential applications in Viet Nam, as well as opportunities and challenges in commercializing GH2 and PtX in the Vietnamese market.
β»οΈParticipants also visited the Ninh Binh Fertilizer Plant, where they explored the ammonia production process and directly exchanged with plant representatives.
πΊ βEach participant in this training program will act as an ambassador, spreading knowledge about GH2 and PtX to the community, creating a domino effect to amplify this message to a broader audience,β said Dr. Pham Hoang Luong.
