Le Van Hoang joined GIZ ESP in March 2023 and currently serves as an Energy Advisor for the CIRTS project. With nearly 16 years of experience in the electricity sector, he has collaborated with various authorities, including ERAV, EVN, and PCs.
Drawing on his diverse experience and educational background, Le Van Hoang aims to contribute effectively to the technical solutions for both the CIRTS project and GIZ ESP.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Power System Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
